This is the sixth library installed. It was a bit bigger project than just a library. We also installed a cement bench which features a fleur de lis on each end. We covered the area in cedar mulch to make it nice place to sit and read.

Probably my favorite part of this library is the “scout is reverent” stained window art mural on the south end. But this library kind of shows growing up in scouting. It features little Cub Scouts on the north end. The back features a young Scout reading. The south end features a more mature Scout who could be an Eagle Scout or a Venture Scout.

  • Father Andrew requested that the library have a church on the hill. So it features a Scout in a Class B reading a book with the church not too far away. The road that leads to the church is painted gold.

Grass didn’t really grow well here so we added cedar mulch to make it look nicer.
